Separable Compact Design Backpack for Extended Utility
Abstract
A smart backpack sleek and compact each time adapt to your needs based on your travel type either short or long which not only take each user to a new form of comfort and style but also with safety and security in terms of antitheft design. A backpack with a modular design where you can remove the internal separable compartment during your long travel to get you more space for clothes and other things in the same fashion as of luggage bag. The separable compartment will take the new shape of toiletry backpack during a long journey which will add value to each user. The new form of backpack allows different compartments to remove or put based on the requirement of space required by each user.
The backpack is designed in a new fashion to enable front compartment when opened acts like a table for putting user gadgets for work or any other use at public places creating another important use case that enables many people to work at such places.
The design is ergonomic and is solely designed based on a calculation of the center of gravity when the backpack is loaded with things that user takes frequently. The design and support system are thought and implemented in a fashion to enable backpack to stand upright thus not falling when put on the ground.
The backpack has a unique two-way slider system one on each strap left and right respectively and sideways which can be adjusted based on the body mass index of user and can be tightened with the help of strap and buckle giving sideways support to user to carry heavy weight and same mechanism can be used to put backpack on trolley handle.
Further added to its unique design the straps have been made of antisweat resistant cloth and foam and have fragrance bottle coupled with vibration motor and pressure sensor to detect the unloading of the backpack. The fragrance will be released upon the backpack loading for more than a threshold time. This will help users to not get the smell of sweat.
The smart backpack equipped with navigation aid system which when coupled with user handheld device will help users to reach to its destination without even seeing maps application in a handheld device and help blind people to locate or reach unknown destination easily. The Smart backpack with a communication system to the user handheld device, having two vibration motors in two straps namely right and left strap respectively and a control unit to perform communication with the handheld device and can operate vibrational motors for haptic feedback to the user on the respective shoulder.
The Backpack also has an obstacle avoidance sensor for blind people to give added utility while walking and alert mechanism via audio or haptic feedback on shoulders for deaf people.
